"We're all grieving something right now. Some are grieve the loss of life, others the loss of employment, others the loss of what we once thought of as 'normal' routines in our daily lives."

Today we spoke with  Melissa McCreery Douaire. Melissa is a grief counselor and a change agent for our corporate culture. She focuses on shifting corporate culture toward grief from aversion to acceptance and compassion.
