In our very special show today, we will be talking with Belle Peterson, a local 5th grader who recently wrote a paper called The World We Need.
Her paper shares her personal stories and perspectives on: Senior care Teen depression The benefits from intergenerational programs.
Belle’s father, Eric Peterson, works in senior care and runs a non-profit called Seniors4Seniors. Belle has had personal experiences with older adults for much of her life and has felt the joy and excitement for both of them when they find common interests.
